All reservations will be made, modified or canceled by individuals by calling Omni Reservations at 1800-THE-OMNI and, in either case, referring to the group and meeting name. Reservations must be made on or before

the 4/15/27. All group attendees will be responsible for their own room, tax and incidental charges.

Individual Deposit / Individual Cancellation:

In order to confirm a room reservation in the room block, each room reserved will require a first night's deposit to be charged at the point of reservations. Major credit cards are acceptable to establish prepayment.

Any guaranteed reservation cancelled within (72) hours of it’s’ arrival date will be subject to forfeiture of the one night’s deposit as a cancellation fee. Regardless of how reservations are made, any guaranteed reservations that fail to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will be considered No-Shows and a charge of one night’s room and tax will be posted to the to the individual Attendee’s credit card on file.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Our check-in time is 4:00 pm; check-out time is 11:00 am. All guests arriving before 4:00 pm will be accommodated as rooms become available. Our Guest Service staff can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.

CUT-OFF DATE: The cut-off date for accepting reservations into this room block is 4/15/2027. Reservation requests

received after 5:00PM local time at the Hotel on the cut-off date will be accepted based on guest room availability at the

prevailing transient rates. At time of cut-off, all unused rooms and suites will be automatically released for general sale.

EARLY DEPARTURE FEE: An early departure fee of one night’s room and tax will apply if an attendee checks out prior to

their checkout date.

RESORT SERVICE CHARGE: A Nightly fee of $30.00 per room (discounted from $45) plus tax and tourism assessments

will apply; resort services provided:

▪ High-speed Internet access in guest rooms

▪ Wireless Internet Hot Spots throughout the resort

▪ Fitness Center access and select daily fitness classes

▪ In-room coffee & tea

OVERNIGHT PARKING: There is a charge for both self and valet parking. The current self-parking rate is $40.00 per

vehicle, per night. 50% off self parking only

The current overnight valet rate is $65.00 per vehicle per night. The parking rates that are in affect during the dates of your

meeting may be greater or less and, will be applicable to those that choose to park in the hotel parking facility.

PORTERAGE AND GUEST SERVICE CHARGES

In the event of a group arrival or group departure (9 people or more arriving or departing at a common date and time), a

mandatory baggage handling charge of $12.00 per person (includes both check-in and check-out) will be posted to the

Group’s Master Account. This charge includes groups that require pre-registration and pre keyed arrival. Please advise the

Resort of a group arrival/departure at least two weeks prior to arrival.

Should the Group not have arrivals and/or departures of 9 or more people, there will not be mandatory baggage handling

fees and Porterage is at individual discretion and expense. Guest Service Charges for services such as room deliveries,

front desk literature distribution, or pre-arranged on-property shuttling of group attendees will apply.
